Toofty is a toothbrushing companion app for children, operated by Briktap Inc. ("Toofty", "we", "us"). By using the Toofty app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this site.
Toofty is designed to be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Child profiles are created by grown-ups, and rewards shown in the app are redeemed in real life with a grown-up's help. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the app and for any rewards you choose to offer through it.
Toofty is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchases, billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and any refund request goes through the store where you bought the app.
Toofty provides general brushing guidance and encouragement for children. It is not medical or dental advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for the guidance of your child's dentist or pediatrician. Always follow your dental professional's advice about your child's oral care.
You agree to use the app and this website lawfully and as intended. You may not attempt to disrupt the website or the launch list, submit another person's email address without their permission, or use Toofty's artwork, characters or content except as allowed on the Copyright page.
The Toofty name, logo, monster characters, artwork, text and software are the property of Toofty and its operator, protected as described on the Copyright page. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
We may update, change or discontinue parts of the app or this website at any time. Features described on this website describe the app as designed for launch; the released app may differ in small ways as it improves.
Toofty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briktap Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
